If there is any change or cancellation on your reservation, please inform us 45 days before your check in, otherwise the deposit you paid will not be refund. Unless otherwise accepted, the balance will be paid by cash on arrival.
Breakage deposit is £ 200. It will be paid cash on arrival and will be returned you on your departure after inventory checking
Our driver will meet you just in front of International Airport gate with holding a board your name written on. This journey will take about 45 minutes to your accommodation. All parking and tunnel fees will be paid by the driver and you are already insured during your journey in the car. Should baby travel seat is needed, a written notification is required.
Our holiday representative will welcome you at the complex and handle the keys.
Unless otherwise arranged, your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 hours on your arrival day. Unless otherwise arranged, your accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of your departure. If you have a late evening flight, please notify us and we will make arrangements for you.
The deposit will be paid to homeowners by LEBRENTALS on your behalf. Balance payment to be paid on your arrival to rep. Rep has the right not handling keys without receiving balance payment.
LEBRENTALS is the agent between homeowners and tenants. If there is a problem at the property, with confirmation of homeowner, LEBRENTALS will help to solve the problem.
All properties have compulsory insurance for natural disasters. Because of difficulties of relevant law and jurisdiction, LEB RENTALS and the owner of the property are obliged to draw attention to the fact that they are unable to obtain any form of third party insurance in relation to this let property, which is constructed and maintained to Turkish standards. All tenants, their families, guests, and other third parties therefore, enter the premises entirely at their own risk. They should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangements.
Tenants agree that the number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number people. The accommodation must only be used by those people named on your invoice; tenants are not allowed to let anyone else stay there. LEBRENTALS has the right stop staying other people not mentioned on the forms. You will be subject to any costs that this may incur.
