Highlights

Fethiye is a family villa located in Kayaköy with a private pool and jacuzzi, tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. The villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi, making it ideal for newlywed couples on their honeymoon. It\\\'s a peaceful vacation opportunity for those who want to get away from the city noise and crowds. Kayaköy is a historical village with old Greek houses. Our villa has all the necessary amenities and equipment for our guests.

Interior Features:

Living Room: The open-plan living room is carefully furnished with modern sofas, a 6-person dining table, an LCD TV, and a satellite receiver. The living room also has a door leading to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils that can serve 6 or more people, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a high chair, a kettle, and a tea pot.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: It has a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a makeup table, and a wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: It has two single beds, air conditioning, a baby bed, and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: It is located in the hallway and has a toilet, sink, and a washing machine.

Others: The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and a baby bed.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 TL is taken during the check-in process. The deposit will be refunded to you on the check-out day if there is no loss, breakage, or damage in the villa.

Note: All of our villas, which are located in harmony with nature, are regularly sprayed with insecticides. However, there is still a possibility of pests or insects in the area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with protected pools. These villas always have a 10% margin of safety. The villa photos on our website are taken with a \\\'Wide Angle Lens\\\' to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
